This is a great nutritional book to start with.

Kelly guides you through the supermarket giving you three grades of food: 1) Good 2) Better 3) Best.  She classifies meat, eggs, seafood, baby-food, soups, beverages, etc.  In addition, Kelly discusses the importance of reading food labels to obtain vital information.

Kelly lists several benefits of making the change to healthier foods including better health for the entire family with a reduction in health care costs due to less illnesses including diabetes, obesity, inflammation, cancer, G-I diseases, and others.  The book also contains a liberal amount of healthy, tasty recipes for those who want home-made, nutritious food.

I would recommend this book to anybody.  I think you will like this read, improve your health, and save money all at the same time.
